ScanBook is operated by ScanBook Pty Ltd (ACN TBC), a company registered in Australia ("ScanBook", "we", "us", "our").

The Site is a free, publicly accessible directory of radiology providers across Australia. ScanBook is a directory service only — we do not provide medical advice, facilitate bookings, or act as an intermediary between patients and providers.

The information on ScanBook is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified medical professional regarding your health and any referral decisions. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of something you have read on this Site.

ScanBook is committed to maintaining accurate and up-to-date listing information. However, radiology centre details — including services offered, opening hours, contact information, and availability — can change without notice and may not always reflect the current position.

While we work to keep listings current, we strongly recommend confirming all details directly with the radiology centre before attending. This includes services available, opening hours, and any fees.

ScanBook accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the Site that has since changed or been found to be inaccurate.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without our written consent
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Use the Site to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Reproduce or republish listing data for commercial purposes without our consent

Radiology providers may submit new listings or request updates via the Site. By submitting a listing, you ("the submitter") agree to the following:

• You are authorised to act on behalf of the radiology provider named in the listing
• All information submitted — including clinic name, address, phone number, services, and opening hours — is accurate and up to date to the best of your knowledge
• The public phone number submitted is the clinic's official contact number intended for patient enquiries
• You consent to the public display of the clinic's submitted details on the Site
• You will notify ScanBook promptly if any listed information becomes inaccurate or outdated

ScanBook publishes listing information in good faith based on what providers supply. The accuracy of a listing is the responsibility of the provider.

ScanBook is not liable for any loss, harm, or inconvenience suffered by a user who relies on inaccurate or outdated listing information.

ScanBook reserves the right to edit, withhold, or remove any listing at its discretion, including where information appears inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.

A radiology provider may request the removal or amendment of their listing at any time by contacting us at the address in section 14. We will action such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

ScanBook may retain a record of the listing for internal purposes following removal.

Listing on ScanBook is provided free of charge. ScanBook does not accept payment for the placement, ranking, or prominence of listings. All listings are published on an equal basis at ScanBook's discretion.

All content on the Site, including the ScanBook name, logo, design, and original text, is owned by or licensed to ScanBook Pty Ltd and is protected under Australian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Listing information relating to individual radiology providers (such as clinic names, addresses, and phone numbers) may be publicly available information and is not claimed as proprietary by ScanBook.

ScanBook is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any radiology provider listed on the Site. Listings do not constitute a recommendation or endorsement by ScanBook.

Your interaction with any listed provider is solely between you and that provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanBook Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, consequential, or incidental loss) arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on information contained on the Site
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated listing information supplied by a provider
• Your interaction with any listed radiology provider
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Site

Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, condition, or warranty implied by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such rights apply, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

ScanBook reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
